摘要
在数字经济加速渗透的背景下,本科财务管理专业从信息化向数字化、智能化转型,理工类高校传统财务管理人才培养模式面临挑战。通过分析智能财务人才的理论研究现状,对比东、中、西部理工类高校智能财务人才培养的区域差异,剖析西部高校智能财务人才的培养目标、培养要求和课程体系,发现存在师资队伍专业储备不足、学生数智化实践能力欠缺、培养方案实施可行性有待检验等问题。基于CDIO-OBE理念,构建了实现“数智财务基础能力、智能财务应用能力、智能财务国际化视野与决策能力”培养目标的理工类西部高校新设本科智能财务人才培养模式,并提出东西联动拓宽西部教师专业能力、校企合作培养学生数智化实践能力、搭建平台提升培养方案实施可行性等建议,以期推动理工类西部高校智能财务人才培养高质量发展。
In response to the rapid advancement of the digital economy,there is a transformative shift underway in undergraduate programs of financial management from informatization to digitization and intelligence,posing significant challenges to conventional financial talent cultivation models in colleges of science and technology.This study conducts a systematic investigation into the current landscape of intelligent financial talent development through comparative regional analysis of colleges of science and technology across eastern,central,and western China,coupled with an evaluation of curriculum frameworks and educational objectives in western colleges,which reveals many challenges including faculty competency gaps in emerging technologies,insufficient development of students’digital practice capabilities,and questionable implementation feasibility of existing training programs.Guided by the CDIO-OBE concept,this paper proposes a talent cultivation model for the newly-established undergraduate major,intelligent finance,in western colleges of science and technology,with its emphasis on three core competencies:foundational digital finance literacy,applied intelligent financial skills,and strategic decision-making capabilities with a global perspective.To put this framework in place,the study proposes a three-pronged strategy comprising the establishment of east-west institutional partnerships to build faculty capacity,the enhancement of industry-academia collaboration to strengthen practical digital training and the development of an integrated intelligent financial education platform.These aim to promote high-quality development of intelligent finance talent cultivation in science and engineering universities in western China.
