摘要
在低压垂直铸造机生产铝合金棒过程中,需要实时监控工艺参数并调整异常工艺参数,以保证铝合金棒的生产品质,WinCC图形运行软件可实现设备数据可视化,采集和显示生产过程数据参数,有助于快速分析工艺运行状况,提供铸造机运行故障诊断功能,能及时发现工艺生产过程中发生的异常状态,避免因设备状态报警处理不及时导致的生产故障。阐述通过应用WinCC软件,企业可以更好地掌握生产过程各环节,并对生产过程进行优化,从而获得更大的经济效益和竞争优势。
During the production of aluminum alloy bars by low-pressure vertical casting machines,it is necessary to monitor the process parameters in real time and adjust the abnormal process parameters to ensure the production quality of aluminum alloy bars.WinCC software can achieve the visualization of equipment data,collect and display the data parameters in the production process to enable rapid analysis of the process operation status.It realizes fault diagnosis of the casting machines in operation to promptly discover abnormal conditions in the process of production,avoiding production failure caused by the untimely handling of equipment status alarms.By applying WinCC software,enterprises can better learn each link of the production process and optimize it,thereby achieving greater economic benefits and competitive advantages.
