摘要
目的:观察柴陈泽泻汤联合盐酸倍他司汀片治疗眩晕病的临床疗效。方法:选符合纳入标准的眩晕病患者60例,按照随机数表法分为两组各30例。对照组予盐酸倍他司汀片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联用柴陈泽泻汤治疗。疗程均为4周。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分及眩晕症状评分。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组主症、次症积分及眩晕障碍量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:柴陈泽泻汤联合盐酸倍他司汀片治疗眩晕病疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaichen Zexie decoction and betahistine hydrochloride tablets on vertigo.Methods:60 cases of eligible patients with vertigo were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine hydrochloride tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with Chaichen Zexie decoction on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and vertigo symptom score were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%after treatment,which was higher than 70.00%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and vertigo scale of treatment group were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Chaichen Zexie decoction and betahistine hydrochloride tablets on vertigo is better.
