从伏毒辨治多系统萎缩探讨

Approach to syndrome differentiation and treatment of multiple system atrophy based on the theory of latent toxin

摘要 基于伏毒理论及多系统萎缩发病机制,认为多系统萎缩病机为正虚伏毒,其病位在脑,责之于肝、脾、肾三脏亏虚,痰浊、瘀毒互结为患。治当以扶正补虚固本、化浊祛痰、逐瘀解毒辨证用药。 Based on the theory of latent toxin and the pathogenesis of multiple system atrophy,it is believed that the pathogenesis of multiple system atrophy is latent toxin due to deficiency of vital qi,its lesion location is in the brain,the origin is due to the deficiency of three zang-fu organs of liver,spleen and kidney,and intermingled turbid phlegm,blood stasis and toxin become disease.Treatment should be based on the principle of strengthening vital qi and tonifying deficiency for consolidating the constitution,resolving turbidity and eliminating phlegm as well as removing blood stasis and detoxifying,in order to use medicine by syndrome differentiation.
