摘要
目的分析富血小板血浆(PRP)联合新型敷料在治疗慢性伤口中的价值。方法70例慢性伤口患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采取常规方法治疗,观察组采取PRP联合新型敷料治疗。比较两组创面疼痛评分、伤口愈合时间、治疗效果及治疗前后创面炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平。结果观察组创面疼痛评分(1.21±0.12)分低于对照组的(3.56±1.34)分,伤口愈合时间(41.19±2.51)d短于对照组的(57.25±3.18)d(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6水平分别为(1.56±0.20)ng/ml、(7.19±1.12)mg/L、(3.45±1.56)pg/ml,显著低于对照组的(2.45±0.25)ng/ml、(8.22±2.53)mg/L、(5.21±1.56)pg/ml(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的74.29%(P<0.05)。结论PRP联合新型敷料在慢性伤口治疗中的应用价值高,有利于加速创面愈合,减轻患者疼痛程度,控制创面炎症,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the value of platelet rich plasma(PRP)combined with new dressings in the treatment of chronic wounds.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic wounds were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each consisting of 35 patients.The control group was treated with conventional methods,while the observation group was treated with PRP combined with new dressings.Comparison of the wound pain scores,wound healing time,treatment effect,wound inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The wound pain score of the observation group was(1.21±0.12)points,which was lower than(3.56±1.34)points of the control group;the wound healing time was(41.19±2.51)d,which was shorter than(57.25±3.18)d of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were(1.56±0.20)ng/ml,(7.19±1.12)mg/L and(3.45±1.56)pg/ml,which were significantly lower than(2.45±0.25)ng/ml,(8.22±2.53)mg/L and(5.21±1.56)pg/ml in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 94.29%in the observation group was higher than 74.29%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of PRP and new dressings has high value in the treatment of chronic wounds,which is beneficial for accelerating wound healing,reducing pain level,and controlling wound inflammation.It is worth promoting.
