摘要
目的探讨多媒体联合思维导图在提高初诊乳腺癌患者行锥光束乳腺CT检查恐惧和配合度中的应用效果。方法选择广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院2023年6月至2024年8月收治的乳腺癌初诊患者为研究对象。最终纳入符合标准的100例研究对象。按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在常规宣教的基础上应用多媒体联合思维导图的引导模式,比较两组恐惧程度、焦虑自我评估测量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自我评估测量表(SDS)评分,患者检查配合度、检查中断次数。结果干预后,观察组患者的Ⅰ级恐惧程度高于对照组,而Ⅳ级恐惧程度则低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对CT检查配合度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者CT检查中断率明显低于对照组。结论多媒体联合思维导图宣教可减轻初诊乳腺癌患者行锥光束乳腺CT检查的恐惧、抑郁及焦虑程度,提高患者的检查配合度和降低检查中断率。
Objective To exploring the effectiveness of combining multimedia and mind mapping in improving fear and cooperation in patients undergoing CT screening for primary breast cancer.Methods The newly diagnosed breast cancer patients admitted to the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from June 2023 to August 2024 were used as the sample source.100 study subjects who met the criteria were finally included.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine health education,and the observation group applied the guidance mode of multimedia combined with thinking guide map on the basis of routine preaching,fear level,self-rating anxiety scale,(SAS)scores,self rating depression scale(SDS)scores,patients’examination cooperation,and number of examination interruptions were used to compare the two groups.Results After the intervention,the degree of gradeⅠfear of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the degree of gradeⅣfear was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The degree of cooperation of patients ith CT examination in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The interruption rate of CT examination of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimedia combined with mind mapping education can reduce the fear,depression and anxiety of patients undergoing CT examination for primary breast cancer,and improve the cooperation of patients with the examination and the image quality of the examination.
