摘要
目的探讨圈成型触点粘结术在治疗食物嵌塞中的临床疗效。方法选取吉林省一汽总医院口腔科2022年1月至2024年2月主诉为“塞牙”并接受食物嵌塞治疗的90例患者,按照随机数表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各45例。试验组采用圈成型触点粘结术,对照组采用传统树脂修复方法。比较两组在术后1周、1个月、3个月及6个月的治愈率,记录术后不良反应发生情况,统计树脂脱落情况,并调查患者对治疗的满意度。结果术后1周、1个月、3个月,试验组的治愈率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1周试验组的治愈率达100%,对照组为97.78%。术后3个月和6个月,试验组患者的非常满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月时,试验组的树脂触点稳定性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论圈成型触点粘结技术在治疗食物嵌塞中疗效较好,尤其在改善治愈率、提升患者满意度及减少树脂脱落方面具有显著优势,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of loop molding contact bonding in the treatment of food impaction.Methods A total of 90 patients with complaints of"tooth plugging"and received food impaction treatment in the Department of Stomatology of Jilin FAW General Hospital between January 2022 and February 2024 were selected and divided into a test group and a control group according to the randomized numerical table method,with 45 cases in each group.The test group was divided into two groups of 45 patients each,and the control group was divided into two groups of 45 patients each,and the test group was divided into two groups of 45 patients each.The cure rates of the two groups at 1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery were compared,the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions was recorded,the resin detachment was counted,and the patients’satisfaction with the treatment was investigated.Results The cure rates of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 1 week,1 month and 3 months postoperatively(P<0.05).The cure rate was 100%in the experimental group at 1 week postoperatively and 97.78%in the control group.At 3 and 6 months postoperatively,the rate of very satisfied patients was significantly higher in the test group than in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months postoperatively,the stability of resin contacts was better in the test group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion The circle molding contact bonding technique showed superior efficacy in the treatment of food embeddedness,especially in improving the cure rate,enhancing patient satisfaction and reducing resin dislodgement,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
