摘要
目的探究头孢唑肟钠联合盐酸氨溴索在老年人下呼吸道感染疾病中的应用价值。方法以随机数表法对本院2023年1月-2024年8月收治的60例老年下呼吸道感染患者进行分组,观察组和对照组各30例,分别选择单一药物疗法(头孢唑肟钠)和联合疗法(盐酸氨溴索联合头孢唑肟钠),比较两组临床效果、炎症因子水平、氧化应激指标、症状消失时间及住院时间、安全性。结果相较于对照组,观察组临床效果较高,症状消失时间及住院时间较短,炎症因子水平、氧化应激指标水平较低(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索具有显著的临床价值,可以降低老年下呼吸道感染患者的炎症因子水平、氧化应激指标水平,促进临床症状消失,缩短住院时间,且安全性好。
Objective To explore the application value of cefotaxime sodium combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in lower respiratory tract infection diseases in the elderly.Methods The 60 elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to August 2024 were grouped by random numerical table.30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group,single drug therapy(sodium cefazoxime)and combined therapy(aminobroxol hydrochloride combined with cefazome sodium)were selected respectively.The clinical effect,inflammatory factor level,oxidative stress index,time of disappearance of symptoms,hospitalization time and safety were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical effect of the observation group was higher,the disappearance time of symptoms and the hospitalization time were shorter,and the level of inflammatory factor and the level of oxidative stress index were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride has significant clinical value,which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indicators of elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection,disappear clinical symptoms,shorten hospital stay,and have good safety.
