摘要
文章研究对象为某超级跑车中的剪刀门系统的尺寸匹配问题。剪刀门系统相较传统侧开门系统结构特殊、开启方式特别、受力不平衡且国内没有成熟应用经验,因此尺寸匹配难度更大。文章借助CAE分析工具和3DCS尺寸链仿真建模分析软件,对剪刀门系统尺寸匹配影响因素及实现方案进行了深入研究,通过结构和工艺优化,最终实现了和传统侧开门同样严格的尺寸控制要求,为后续剪刀门系统在汽车行业的应用进行了有益的探索。
The research object is the dimension matching challenges of scissor door system in the sports car.Compared with the traditional side-opening door system,the scissor door system has a special structure,unique opening method and unbalanced force distribution.And there is no mature application experience in China.Therefore,the dimension matching challenge is greater.With the assistant of CAE analysis tools and 3DCS dimension stack up simulation software,the main dimension matching contributors and the integration scheme of the system are deeply studied.Through the structure and process optimization,the same strict dimension control standard as traditional side-opening door is realized.It has been a beneficial exploration for the subsequent application of the scissor door system in the automotive industry.
