摘要
随着新型电力系统的发展,高比例可再生能源和高比例电力电子设备的“双高”特性日益凸显。新能源及储能通过构网型变流器接入系统可提升系统在扰动工况下的惯量响应能力,针对新型电力系统中构网型变流器参与惯量支撑的贡献度问题,考虑不同类型电源在有功扰动过程中的惯量支撑作用及响应特性,分析包括构网型变流器接口在内的各类型电源节点的功率-频率控制过程,结合输电网络的功率传输特性提出了一种新型电力系统中考虑构网型变流器的惯量贡献度计算方法,推导了分布式节点等效惯量和电源惯量贡献度计算公式,并通过算例验证了所提惯量贡献度计算方法的合理性和有效性。
With the development of new type power systems,the“dual high”characteristics of high proportion renewable energy and high proportion power electronic equipment are increasingly prominent.The integration of new energy and energy storage into the system through grid-forming inverters can enhance the inertia response capability of the system under disturbance conditions.Regarding the contribution of grid-forming inverters to inertia support in the new type power systems,considering the inertia support effect and response characteristics of different types of power sources during active disturbances,the power frequency control process of various types of power nodes including the interface of grid-forming inverters are analyzed.Based on the power transmission characteristics of the transmission network,a calculation method of inertia contribution degree considering grid-forming inverters in the new type power systems is proposed.Calculation formulas for the distributed node inertia and power node inertia contribution degree are derived.The rationality and effectiveness of the proposed inertia contribution degree calculation method are verified through example analysis.
