摘要
为了优化装配式混凝土施工质量,提出基于三维扫描和BIM的装配式混凝土施工技术。通过改良传统伸出筋定位装置,设计了立体式伸出筋定位装置,以提高安装效率。采用组合式注浆套筒施工技术,在混凝土柱底和面板之间,添加一个厚度为1 cm的钢垫,使得两者之间形成一个空仓。根据出浆孔的浆液流出情况,判断注浆施工的进度。采用增加特殊导线的方法,设计了防雷引下线连接装置,以确保电流可以传到地下。将BIM技术与三维扫描技术相结合,复核预制装配式混凝土结构的尺寸,实现预制装配式混凝土的施工。实例分析表明,文中施工技术得到的混凝土柱结构尺寸的复核结果与实际结果相符。证明所提技术能够得到超出工程项目混凝土柱施工规范要求的区域,可提高施工效率和质量。
In order to optimize the quality of prefabricated concrete construction,a prefabricated concrete construction technology based on 3D scanning and BIM is proposed.By improving the traditional stretching rib positioning device,a three-dimensional stretching rib positioning device is designed to improve installation efficiency.Adopting the combined grouting sleeve construction technology,a steel pad with a thickness of 1 cm is added between the bottom of the concrete column and the panel,forming an empty compartment,which determines the progress of grouting construction according to the outflow of grout from the grout hole.A lightning protection downlead connection device is designed by adding special wires to ensure that the current can be transmitted underground.Combining BIM technology with 3D scanning technology to verify the dimensions of prefabricated concrete structures,the construction of prefabricated concrete structures is achieved.The case analysis shows that the recheck results of the concrete column structure dimensions obtained from the construction technology in the article are consistent with the actual results.It is proven that the proposed technology can achieve areas beyond the construction specifications for concrete columns in engineering projects,improving construction efficiency and quality.
