催化裂化汽油吸附脱硫组合工艺研究

摘要 以硫含量为49.1μg/g的催化汽油为原料,通过汽油蒸馏与分馏重汽油固定床吸附脱硫组合工艺,系统考察了催化汽油连续精馏的操作条件和分馏重汽油的吸附脱硫情况。结果表明:分馏轻汽油硫含量小于10μg/g的连续精馏操作条件为塔釜温度194 ℃,塔顶温度58 ℃,回流比0.5;汽油蒸馏与分馏重汽油固定床吸附脱硫组合工艺可有效脱除催化汽油中的硫化物,将硫含量降至10μg/g以下,且烯烃损失仅0.86个百分点,符合国Ⅵ汽油质量标准。 Using catalytic cracking gasoline with sulfur content of 49.1μg/g as raw material,the operating conditions of continuous distillation of catalytic cracking gasoline and the adsorptive desulfurization of fractionated heavy gasoline were systematically investigated by the combined process of gasoline distillation an d fractionated heavy gasoline fixed-bed reactor adsorptive desulfurization.The results show that the continuous distillation operating conditions for the fractionated light gasoline with sulfur content less than 10μg/g are as follows:The temperature of the bottom of the distillation column is 194℃,the temperature of the top of the distillation column is 58℃,and the reflux ratio is 0.5 and the combined process of gasoline distillation and fractionated heavy gasoline fixed-bed reactor adsorptive desulfurization can effectively remove the sulfide in the catalytic cracking gasoline,reduce the sulfur content to less than 10μg/g,and the loss of olefins is only 0.86 percentage points,which meets the quality standards of National VI gasoline.
