摘要
目的分析乳腺癌患者超声造影参数与癌组织PI3K、AKT mRNA表达的相关性。方法选取2021年4月至2024年9月黄河水利委员会黄河中心医院收治的87例乳腺癌患者作为研究组,另选取同期医院收治的60例良性乳腺肿瘤患者作为对照组。对两组患者进行超声造影检查,记录相关参数,包括峰值强度(PI)、达峰时间(TTP)、上升支斜率(WIS)、梯度(Grad);采用RT-qPCR法检测两组患者肿瘤组织PI3K、AKT mRNA表达情况。比较研究组和对照组、研究组中不同分期乳腺癌患者的超声造影参数,并比较研究组和对照组、研究组中不同分期乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织PI3K、AKT mRNA表达情况,分析乳腺癌患者中癌组织PI3K、AKT mRNA表达量与超声造影参数的相关性。结果研究组患者超声造影参数PI、WIS、Grad显著高于对照组(P<0.05),TTP显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组癌组织PI3K mRNA及AKT mRNA表达量均显著高于对照组肿瘤组织(P<0.05)。TNM分期Ⅱ~Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者PI、WIS、Grad显著高于Ⅰ期患者(P<0.05),TTP显著低于Ⅰ期患者(P<0.05)。Ⅱ~Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者癌组织PI3K、AKT mRNA表达量显著高于Ⅰ期患者(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,乳腺癌患者癌组织PI3K、AKT mRNA表达量与PI、WIS、Grad呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与TTP呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者超声造影参数与癌组织PI3K、AKT mRNA表达具有显著相关性,通过超声造影检查有助于了解乳腺癌疾病进展情况,对于乳腺癌的早期诊断及病情判断具有重要价值。
Objective To analyze the correlation between contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters and PI3K,AKT mRNA expression of cancer tissues in breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 87 patients with breast cancer admitted to the Yellow River Central Hospital of Yellow River Conservancy Commission from April 2021 to September 2024 were selected as the study group,and 60 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound was performed on both groups of patients,and relevant parameters were recorded,including PI,TTP,WIS and Grad.The PI3K and AKT mRNA expression in tumor tissues of the two groups was detected by RT-qPCR.The contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters were compared between the study group and the control group,as well as among patients with breast cancer at different stages in the study group,and the PI3K,AKT mRNA expression in tumor tissues were compared between the study group and the control group,as well as among patients with breast cancer at different stages in the study group.The correlation between the PI3K,AKT mRNA expression of cancer tissues and the contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters in breast cancer patients was analyzed.Results The contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters PI,WIS and Grad in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and TTP was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of PI3K mRNA and AKT mRNA in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).PI,WIS and Grad in patients with TNM stage Ⅱ~Ⅲ breast cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with stage Ⅰ(P<0.05),and TTP was significantly lower than that in patients with stage Ⅰ(P<0.05).The expression of PI3K and AKT mRNA in cancer tissues of patients with stage Ⅱ~Ⅲ breast cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with stageⅠ(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of PI3K and AKT mRNA in breast cancer tissues were positively correlated with PI,WIS and Grad(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with TTP(P<0.05).Conclusions The contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters are significantly correlated with the PI3K and AKT mRNA expression of cancer tissues in patients with breast cancer.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is helpful to understand the progression of breast cancer,which is of great value for the early diagnosis and condition judgment of breast cancer.
