摘要
以某GH4169锥形件为目标,研究了橡皮囊成形工艺中起皱和破裂难以协调的问题。通过单向拉伸试验测定了GH4169材料和聚氨酯材料的力学性能参数,并使用Mooney-Rivlin模型对聚氨酯材料超弹性力学行为进行描述。采用有限元软件对橡皮囊成形工艺中板材在复杂加载路径下的变形过程进行仿真分析,发现冲头行程和囊内压力的匹配关系对板材悬空区的材料起皱和破裂情况具有重要影响。采用分段设计加载路径的方案,通过调控各阶段囊内压力与冲头位移的关系,实现了该零件的一道次成形,成形后零件的质量符合工艺要求。研究所用的方案设计思路可为同类型工艺研究提供借鉴。
GH4169 cone shaped part was taken as the target to study the problem of difficult coordination between wrinkling and fracture in the rubber bladder hydroforming.The mechanical properties parameters of GH4169 material and polyurethane material were determined through uniaxial tensile tests,and the super elastic mechanical behavior of polyurethane material was described using Mooney-Rivlin mod-el.Finite element software was used to simulate the deformation process of rubber bladder hydroforming under complex loading path.It is found that the wrinkling and fracture in the unsupported region of sheet are significantly influenced by the matching relationship between the punch stroke and the pressure.By employing a segmented design loading path approach,one pass forming of the part was achieved by reg-ulating the relationship between the pressure inside the bladder and the displacement of the punch at each stage.The quality of the formed parts meets the process requirements.The design ideas used in the research can provide reference for similar process research.
