摘要
为解决传统农村“房地一体”权籍调查工作存在的调查效率低下,周期长且成果质量差等问题,利用GIS、移动互联、4/5G通信、无人机倾斜摄影、云计算等先进技术和测绘手段,探讨和设计全新的农村“房地一体”权籍调查流程,通过构建农村“房地一体”权籍调查数据库和搭建农村“房地一体”权籍调查管理平台,实现权籍调查工作从数据采集、处理、审核、公示、入库到后期展示、查询统计全流程管理,确保后期确权登记工作的有效性和法律合规性。
In order to improve the efficiency of investigation in traditional rural“land and house integration”registration surveys,which often suffer from inefficiency,lengthy processes,and poor outcome quality,advanced technologies and surveying methods such as GIS,mobile internet,4/5G communication,UAV oblique photogrammetry,and cloud computing are employed.A new workflow for rural“land and house integration”registration surveys is explored and designed.By establishing a rural“land and house integration”registration database and developing a management platform,comprehensive management of the entire survey process—from data collection,processing,review,public notification,and archiving to subsequent display and statistical queries is achieved,ensuring the effectiveness and legal compliance of future land rights registration.
