摘要
体育外交作为文化交流的重要载体,不仅促进了国家间的往来与合作,更传递了和平与友谊的理念。本研究从软实力理论视角出发,运用历史分析、案例研究和理论探讨相结合的方法,挖掘中国和平体育外交的原动力与新动向,旨在为理解国家间和平交流提供新思路。研究认为,中国体育外交有赖于“和合文化”的深厚底蕴与“丝绸之路”的历史传承,以及和平外交政策与软实力理论的双重指引。在特色实践方面,中国通过“走出去”与“请进来”相结合的方式,积极参与国际体育赛事,拓宽国际体育合作领域,展现了负责任大国的形象。研究进一步提出了加强赛事体育外交宣传,优化中华民族共同体的和平环境;深化大国体育外交责任,推进人类命运共同体的和平发展。通过精准定位文化元素、深化文化体验、创新媒体传播等方式,中国和平体育外交能够更好地展示优秀传统文化,促进民心相通,为特色大国外交贡献体育力量。
As a vital carrier for cultural exchange,sports diplomacy not only facilitates exchanges and cooperation between countries but also conveys powerful messages of peace and friendship.This study examines the driving forces and emerging trends of Chinas peace-oriented sports diplomacy through the lens of soft power theory,employing a methodological framework that integrates historical analysis,case studies,and theoretical exploration.The research aims to offer fresh insights into peaceful international interactions.Findings reveal that Chinas sports diplomacy is rooted in the profound legacy of"harmony and unity"culture and the historical heritage of the Silk Road,guided by both its peaceful foreign policy and soft power strategy.In practice,China adopts a dual approach of"going global"and"inviting in",actively participating in international sporting events and expanding collaborative domains to project a responsible major-power image.The study proposes actionable measures:enhancing publicity for event-based sports diplomacy to foster a peaceful environment for the Chinese national community,and deepening majorcountry responsibilities to advance the peaceful development of a global community with a shared future.By precisely positioning cultural elements,enriching cross-cultural experiences,and innovating media dissemination,Chinas peace-centered sports diplomacy can more effectively showcase its cultural excellence,strengthen people-to-people bonds,and contribute sporting vitality to its distinctive major-country diplomacy.
