21世纪以来,斯里兰卡人民解放阵线聚焦本土社会主义运动,创新地提出并发起了具有斯里兰卡特色的“新社会主义”运动。“新社会主义”不仅是斯里兰卡寻求社会变革的理论方案,而且是人民解放阵线对社会主义的实践探索。2024年9月,人民解放阵线(JVP)领导人迪萨纳亚克当选斯里兰卡总统,标志着“新社会主义”运动进入新阶段。通过系统梳理人民解放阵线“新社会主义”运动的兴起背景、基本理念、政策路径,能够清晰地展现出该运动的新动向与新态势。人民解放阵线“新社会主义”运动政治实践的全景展现,对于人们深入了解南亚社会主义运动新趋势具有重要意义。
In the 21st century,the Sri Lankan People's Liberation Front(JVP),focusing on the local socialist movement,has proposed the"New Socialism"movement with Sri Lankan characteristics.The"New Socialism"is not only a theoretical programme for social change in Sri Lanka,but also a practical exploration of socialism by the JVP.In September 2024,JVP leader Disanayake was elected president of Sri Lanka,marking a new stage for the"New Socialism".By systematically analysing the background,basic philosophy and policy path of the JVP's"New socialism"movement,the new trends and dynamics of the movement can be clearly demonstrated.This panoramic view of the JVP's political practice of"New socialism"is of great significance for an in-depth understanding of the new trends of the socialist movement in South Asia.
