岩溶区竖埋管钻孔新型回填材料抗冲刷性能试验研究

摘要 岩溶区地源热泵竖埋管钻孔回填时,膨润土-细砂回填材料易被地下水流冲刷带走,导致工程成本大大增加。针对以上缺陷,以膨润土、细砂、高岭土为原料制备一种新型回填材料,采用自制的抗冲刷试验装置,考虑岩溶区地下水流速、回填材料初始干密度及冲刷时间的影响,对不同配比的新型回填材料试样进行了抗冲刷性能试验研究。结果表明:自制的抗冲刷试验装置具有结构简单、操作方便、结果准确等优点;高岭土质量分数、初始干密度能显著提高试样的抗冲刷能力,而冲刷流速、冲刷时间则强化水流的冲刷效应;与传统的膨润土-细砂回填材料相比,新型回填材料的抗冲刷性能显著提高,当回填材料中高岭土质量分数达35%时,其试样相对冲刷率始终保持在1.5%以内,能满足岩溶地区竖埋管钻孔回填材料的要求。 When the karst area ground source heat pump vertical buried pipe is drilled and backfilled,the bentonite and fine sand backfill materials are easy to be washed away by the underground flow,and the project cost is greatly increased.In view of the above defects,a new type of backfill material was prepared with bentonite,fine sand and kaolin as raw materials.A self-designed anti-erosion test device was used to test the anti-erosion performance of samples of new backfill materials with different proportions,considering the influence of groundwater flow rate in karst areas,the compactness of backfill materials and the erosion time.The results show that the self-designed anti-erosion test device has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation and accurate test results.Compared with bentonite and fine sand backfill material,the erosion resistance of the new backfill material is significantly improved.When the mass fraction of kaolin in the backfill material sample reaches more than 35%,the relative erosion rate of the sample is always kept within 1.5%,which meets the requirements of the backfill material for the vertical buried pipe drilling of the ground source heat pump in karst area.
