摘要
在高速变载、轻载变速等变工况条件下,轴承滚动体与滚道之间容易发生瞬时滑动,为自适应地提取变工况下的滚动体和内圈转速,提出一种改进的局部峰值搜索方法,对探测的弱磁信号进行时频变换后寻找时频谱内能量最大值点,以此为中心进行左右搜索,直至提取出全工况下的脊线,将此脊线的能量置为零后继续提取下一条脊线,直至提取出全部脊线;此外,为解决混频提取问题,通过剔除倍频脊线进行改进以实现快速变工况下轴承脊线的准确提取。试验结果表明,该方法提取的内圈转速与试验工况谱完全一致,可用于实际的工程应用。
Under variable working conditions such as high speed variable load and light load variable speed,the instantaneous slip is prone to occur between bearing rolling elements and raceways.In order to adaptively extract the rolling element and inner ring speeds under variable working conditions,an improved local peak search method is proposed.After time-frequency transformation of detected weak magnetic signal,the maximum energy point in time-frequency spectrum is found,and the left and right search is carried out with this as center until the ridge line under all working conditions is extracted.After energy of this ridge line is set to zero,the next ridge line is extracted until all ridge lines are extracted.In addition,in order to solve the problem of frequency mixing extraction,the improvement is carried out by eliminating frequency doubling ridge line to realize the accurate extraction of bearing ridge line under rapid variable working conditions.The test results show that the inner ring speed extracted by this method is completely consistent with test condition spectrum,which can be used in practical engineering applications.
