摘要
目的对我国阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimerdisease,AD)研究文献进行可视化分析,以揭示我国阿尔茨海默病研究的演进路径、研究现状与发展趋势。方法以中国知网为数据来源,检索2013年1月—2022年12月我国阿尔茨海默病研究相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件绘制可视化知识图谱并进行分析。结果共获得文献10568篇,年发文量总体呈逐年上升趋势。共有393个关键词被纳入,高频关键词包括认知功能、多奈哌齐、疗效、护理、生活质量等,共得到19个关键词聚类团,主要涉及AD的神经生物学研究、早期诊断、药物治疗、合并症的研究、中医药方法、不同护理模式6个方面。结论我国对于AD的研究不断深入,主要集中在AD的发病机制、治疗尤其是药物治疗研究等方面,中医药治疗取得了一定的进展,今后需进一步加强基础研究的研究力度,推进跨学科合作,从而探索出符合我国人口特征的预防措施和治疗方法。
Objective To conduct a visual analysis of research literature on Alzheimer disease(AD)in China,in order to reveal the evolutionary path,current status,and developmental trends of AD research in the country.Methods Using China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)as the data source,relevant literature of AD research that was published in China from January 2023 to December 2022 was retrieved.CiteSpace software was employed to create visual knowledge maps and subsequent analysis was conducted.Results A total of 10568 articles were obtained,and the quantity of published papers annual exhibited a general upward trend.In total,393 keywords were included,with high-frequency keywords encompassing cognitive function,donepezil,curative effect,nursing,and quality of life,among others.These keywords formed 19 keyword cluster groups,primarily covering 6 aspects:neurobiological research on AD,early diagnosis,medical therapy,comorbidity research,traditional Chinese medicine methods,and different nursing models.Conclusion Research on AD in China is continuously advancing,mainly focusing on the pathogenesis,treatment,especially medical therapy,and other aspects of AD.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has also made certain progress.Future efforts should strengthen fundamental research and promote interdisciplinary collaboration,thereby explore preventive measures and treatment methods that align with the characteristics of the Chinese population.
