基于工业适用性评价的K326上部烟叶最佳采收期及采收方式

摘要 为探究K326上部烟叶的适宜采收期和配套采收方式,建立了一种基于工业适用性的综合评价模型.以K326上部叶为试验材料,按照不同采收期(M1、M2、M3、M4和M5)和采收方式(带茎采收(A)、一次性采收(B))进行采烤试验,测定烤后烟叶的经济性状、化学成分、外观质量、感官质量等12项品质指标,并对相关参数进行统计学分析(变异分析、相关性分析、主成分分析),根据主成分得分和相应的方差累积贡献率进行线性加权,建立综合评价模型并计算不同处理的烟叶烤后品质综合得分,最后,采用系统聚类分析对评价结果进行验证.结果表明:不同处理烟叶,其12项烤后品质指标变异系数分布在0.70%~10.96%之间,其中钾含量变异程度最大,余味变异程度最小,且各指标间存在不同程度的相关性.主成分分析提取了4个主成分,累积贡献率为87.54%.建立的评价模型中,得分前三的是BM4、AM4和AM3处理,带茎采收综合得分整体高于一次性采收;系统聚类分析结果与主成分分析综合排名结果基本一致.综上,建立的综合评价模型可适用于烤后烟叶的质量评价,K326上部叶适宜的采收期及采收方式为中部叶采收束后16 d进行一次性采收,而带茎采收能有效改善低成熟度烟叶工业适用性. In order to explore the suitable harvesting time and matching harvesting methods of K326 upper tobacco leaves,a comprehensive evaluation model based on industrial applicability was established.Taking the upper leaves of K326 as the test material,according to different harvesting periods(M1,M2,M3,M4 and M5)and harvesting methods(with stem harvesting(A),one-time harvesting(B)),the harvesting and baking test was carried out.The economic traits,chemical composition,appearance quality,sensory quality and other 12 quality indexes of flue-cured tobacco leaves were measured,and the relevant parameters were statistically analyzed(variation analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis).According to the principal component score and the corresponding variance cumulative contribution rate,the linear weighting was carried out to establish a comprehensive evaluation model and calculate the comprehensive score of flue-cured quality of tobacco leaves treated with different treatments.The system cluster analysis was used to verify the evaluation results.The results showed that the variation coefficients of 12 quality indexes of flue-cured tobacco leaves after different treatments were distributed between 0.70%and 10.96%,among which the variation degree of potassium content was the largest and the variation degree of aftertaste was the smallest,and there were different degrees of correlation among the indexes.Four principal components were extracted by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 87.54%.The top three scores in the established evaluation model were BM4,AM4 and AM3 treatments,and the comprehensive score of stem harvest was higher than that of one-time harvest.The classification results of system cluster analysis are basically consistent with the comprehensive ranking results of principal component analysis.In summary,the established comprehensive evaluation model can be applied to the quality evaluation of flue-cured tobacco leaves.The suitable harvesting period and harvesting method for the upper leaves of K326 are one-time harvesting 16 days after the middle leaves are harvested.Harvesting with stems can effectively improve the industrial applicability of low-maturity tobacco leaves.
