瑶药土党参药材质量标准研究初探

摘要 目的:对瑶药土党参药材性状鉴别及含量测定初探,为进一步完善瑶药土党参质量标准提供基础数据。方法:采用粉末显微观察、薄层色谱法对产自广西不同地区的瑶药土党参进行定性鉴别,根据2020版《中国药典》(四部)对瑶药土党参浸出物、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和水分含量进行测定。结果:瑶药土党参药材的形态特征,横切面、粉末显微特征进行了详细描述,同时其甲醇提取物进行了薄层定性鉴别。瑶药土党参的总灰分在3.06%~9.75%之间;酸不溶性灰分在0.48%~1.68%之间;70%乙醇浸出物在13.62%~39.93%;水分含量在8.32%~12.29%。结论:对瑶药土党参性状进行了规范制定,拟定瑶药土党参的总灰分百分率不超过10.0%,酸不溶性灰分百分率不超过1.8%,70%乙醇浸出物百分率不低于13.0%,水分百分率不超过13%,其结果为建立瑶药土党参质量标准研究提供依据。 Objective To further improve the quality standard of Campanumoea javanica Bl.subsp.Javanica Bl.and provide basic data,a preliminary study on the identification and content determination of Campanumoea javanica Bl.subsp.Javanica Bl.Herbs.Methods The extract,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,and moisture content of Campanumoea javanica Bl.subsp.Javanica Bl.were determined according to general principles of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 Edition.Results The morphological characteristics,cross-section and powder microscopic characteristics of Campanumoea javanica Bl.subsp.Javanica Bl.were described in detail,and used the thin layer chromatography to qualitative identification of its methanol extract.The total ash content of Campanumoea javanica Bl.subsp.Javanica Bl.was between 3.06%and 9.75%,the acid-insoluble ash content was between 0.48%and 1.68%,the 70%ethanol extract wasbetween 13.62%and 39.93%,and the moisture content was between 9.75%and 12.29%.Conclusions The traits of Campanumoea javanica Bl.subsp.Javanica Bl.were standardized.The total ash content of Campanumoea javanica Bl.subsp.Javanica Bl.should not be more than 10.0%,acid-insoluble ash content should not be more than 1.8%,70%ethanol extract should not be lower than 13.0%,and moisture content should not be more than 13%.The results provide a basis for the establishment of quality standards of Campanumoea javanica Bl.subsp.Javanica Bl.
