摘要
针对人工核检对下井人员进行身体检查效率低的问题,开发了一种集成人脸识别、体温检测和酒精检测的核检闸机系统。首先,利用Haar级联分类器实现实时人脸跟踪和检测,并采用LBPH算法进行人脸识别;通过SQLite数据库存储人脸数据,实现对下井人员的有效记录;此外,系统还搭载了MLX90614红外测温传感器,可实时测量下井人员的体温,并配备了MQ-3酒精传感器,实现对酒精浓度的检测。实验结果表明,该系统的人脸识别、温度测量和酒精检测准确率均可达到95%,其性能满足了闸机快速核验通行的需求。
In reponse to the issue of low efficiency in checking the body of of downhole personnel through manual verification,a check gate system integrating face recognition,body temperature detection and alcohol detection was developed.In this system,the Haar cascade classifier was firstly used for real-time face tracking and detection,and the LBPH algorithm was used for face recognition.SQLite database was used to store face data to realize effective recording of downhole personnel.In addition,the system was equipped with an MLX90614 infrared temperature sensor to measure the body temperature of the downhole personnel in real-time,and was equipped with an MQ-3 alcohol sensor to detect alcohol concentration.The experimental results show that the accuracy of face recognition,temperature measurement and alcohol detection of the system can reach 95%,and its performance can meet the needs of fast inspection of the gate.
