摘要
为实现安全、高效、绿色、智能生产,屯宝选煤厂结合自动化、信息化建设现状,采用具备远程通信及定位功能的LED智能灯具与人员定位装置,通过智能控制台实现灯具状态监测与智能控制。系统测试表明,人员定位精度小于0.3 m,智慧平台可自动控制灯具开关与亮度,减少无效能耗,满足洗煤厂智能照明要求。通过电子围栏实现围栏报警与巡检功能,达到“人来灯亮、人走灯灭”,进一步降低照明耗电量。智能灯具作为定位基站,与人员定位卡进行UWB无线通信,实现现场作业人员实时定位和动态监测,显著降低安全隐患。
In order to achieve safe,efficient,green,and intelligent production,Tunbao Coal Preparation Plant combined automation and information construction status,adopted LED intelligent lamps and personnel positioning devices with remote communication and positioning functions,and realized lamp status monitoring and intelligent control through an intelligent console.System testing shows that the personnel positioning accuracy was less than 0.3 meters,and smart platform can automatically control the switch and brightness of lighting fixtures,reducing ineffective energy consumption and meeting the intelligent lighting requirements of coal washing plants.Implementing fence alarm and inspection functions through electronic fences,achieving"lights on when people arrive and off when they leave,"further reducing lighting power consumption.As positioning base stations,the intelligent lighting fixtureed utilize UWB wireless communication with personnel positioning cards to enable real-time location tracking and dynamic monitoring of on-site personnel,significantly reducing safety risks.
