摘要
葡萄膜炎病程长、易复发,与体质、情志、季节、外感、地域等均有一定关系。目前,防治葡萄膜炎的关键在于根据疾病在同一患者不同阶段的演变特征,以及不同患者存在的地域环境、饮食习惯、体质禀赋等方面的差异,从多维度构建个体化的诊疗方案。“三因制宜”即因时、因地、因人制宜,是中医辨证施治观念极为重要的具体呈现形式,凸显了中医实践个体化特点。基于“三因制宜”理论,本文从3个角度介绍陈向东诊治葡萄膜炎的经验,深度剖析中医药防治葡萄膜炎的理论根据,以期为临床诊治提供思路。
Uveitis is a condition characterized by a long disease course and a tendency to relapse,which is related to factors such as constitution,emotions,seasons,external infections,and geographical location.The key to preventing and treating uveitis currently lies in constructing individualized diagnostic and therapeutic plans from multiple dimensions,based on the characteristics of disease progression at different stages in the same patient and the differences in geographical environment,dietary habits,and constitutional endowment among different patients."Sanyin Zhiyi"(i.e.,adapting to the time,place,and person)is an extremely important manifestation of the concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),highlighting the individualized features of TCM practice.Based on the theory of"Sanyin Zhiyi",this paper introduces CHEN Xiangdong's experience in diagnosing and treating uveitis from three perspectives,deeply analyzes the theoretical basis of TCM in preventing and treating uveitis,and aims to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
