摘要
目的探索叙事医学理念下医患共建临床康复教学模式在康复医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月—2024年7月在华东医院康复医学科基地接受规范化培训的2021级~2023级8名住院医师为研究对象,培训前采用常规教学模式,培训后采用叙事医学理念下医患共建临床康复教学模式,统计分析培训12个月前后共情能力、临床实践能力、综合能力评分。结果培训后共情能力、临床实践能力评分优于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。培训后综合能力中综合评分为(4.38±0.52)分,高于培训前(3.13±0.35)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-5.000,P<0.05)。结论叙事医学理念下医患共建临床康复教学模式,能够提升康复医学科规范化培训住院医师的共情能力及综合素质,提高教学培训的效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of the clinical rehabilitation teaching model of doctor-patient co construction under the concept of narrative medicine in the standardized training of resident physicians in rehabilitation medicine(referred to as residency training).Methods Eight resident physicians of grades 2021 to 2023 who received standardized training at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine Base of Huadong Hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Before the training,the conventional teaching mode was adopted,and after the training,the doctor-patient co-construction clinical rehabilitation teaching mode under the concept of narrative medicine was adopted.The scores of empathy ability,clinical practice ability and comprehensive ability before and after 12 months of training were statistically analyzed.Results The scores of empathy ability and clinical practice ability after the training were better than those before the training,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The comprehensive score in the comprehensive ability after the training was 4.38±0.52,which was higher than 3.13±0.35 before the training,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-5.000,P<0.05).Conclusion Under the concept of narrative medicine,the doctor-patient co-construction clinical rehabilitation teaching model can enhance the empathy ability and comprehensive quality of resident physicians undergoing standardized training in the department of rehabilitation medicine,and improve the effect of teaching and training.
