摘要
目的:分析单人操作新型含胶圈包皮吻合器在包皮环切术患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年8月珠海市妇幼保健院小儿外科收治的包茎或包皮过长患儿80例,依照随机投掷法分为对照组与研究组,各40例。两组均行包皮环切术,对照组使用传统吻合器,研究组使用单人操作新型含胶圈包皮吻合器。对比两组手术指标水平、并发症发生率及术后外观满意度评分。结果:与对照组相比,研究组术中出血量更少、手术时间及术后出血时间更短、切口愈合更快(P<0.001)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.025)。研究组术后外观满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:单人操作新型含胶圈包皮吻合器应用于包皮环切术患儿,可进一步改善手术指标,缓解术后疼痛,减少并发症,提高术后满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of a new type of rubber ring circumcision stapler operated by a single person in children undergoing circumcision.Methods:Eighty children with phimosis or redundant prepuce admitted to the Department of Pediatric Surgery,Zhuhai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to August 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random throwing method,with forty cases in each group.Both groups underwent circumcision.The control group used the traditional stapler,while the study group used single person operation of new type of rubber ring circumcision stapler.The levels of surgical indicators,the incidence of complications and the scores of postoperative appearance satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the study group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time and postoperative bleeding time,and faster incision healing(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.025).The postoperative appearance satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of single person operation of new type of rubber ring circumcision stapler in children undergoing circumcision can further improve surgical indicators,relieve postoperative pain,reduce complications and increase postoperative satisfaction.
