台湾乳白蚁对6种植物性材料的取食量及木质纤维素转化率探究

Study on the feeding amount and lignocellulose conversion rateof Coptotermes formosanus to six kinds of plant materials

摘要 目的探究台湾乳白蚁对纤维素和半纤维素的转化率。方法称量饥饿处理后的台湾乳白蚁对6种植物性材料的取食量和排泄物重量,分别采用蒽酮硫酸法、苔黑酚法测定其纤维素和半纤维素含量。结果台湾乳白蚁群体取食量、群体日取食量和个体日取食量呈现相同规律,从高到低依次为芙蓉树、水杉、马尾松、雷竹、滤纸、青冈树,且芙蓉树取食量显著高于其他材料,水杉和马尾松显著高于滤纸和青冈树,雷竹显著高于青冈树,滤纸和青冈树无显著性差异。台湾乳白蚁对不同材料的纤维素和半纤维素的转化率不同,分别为56.21%~82.29%和52.13%~80.96%,均高于50%,纤维素转化率由高到低依次为雷竹、马尾松、芙蓉树、滤纸、水杉、青冈树,半纤维素转化率由高到低依次为滤纸、青冈树、芙蓉树、雷竹、水杉、马尾松。结论芙蓉树是台湾乳白蚁取食量较高的植物性材料,具有开发为白蚁饵料的潜力;台湾乳白蚁对不同材料的纤维素和半纤维素转化率不同,可为木质纤维素转化率的研究提供数据参考。 Objective To explore the conversion rate of cellulose and hemicellulose of Coptotermes formosanus.Methods The feeding amount and excreta weight of Coptotermes formosanus on six kinds of plant materials after starvation treatment were determine,and the contents of cellulose and hemicellulose were measured by anthrone sulfuric acid method and orcinol method,respectively.Results The feeding amount of C.formosanus population,daily feeding amount of population and daily feeding amount of individual showed the same rule,Albizzia julibrissn>Metasequoia glyptostroboides>Pinus massoniana>Phyllostachys praecox>filter paper>Cyclobalanopsis glauca.The feeding amount of A.julibrissn was significantly higher than that of other materials,M.glyptostroboides and P.massoniana were significantly higher than that of filter paper and C.glauca,and P.praecox was significantly higher than that of C.glauca.There was no significant difference between filter paper and C.glauca.The conversion rates of cellulose and hemicellulose of termites to different materials were 56.21%-82.29% and 52.13%-80.96%,respectively,and they were all>50%.The cellulose conversion rates were P.praecox>P.massoniana>A.julibrissn>filter paper>M.glyptostroboides>C.glauca.The hemicellulose conversion rates were filter paper>C.glauca>A.julibrissn>P.praecox>M.glyptostroboides>P.massoniana.Conclusion A.julibrissn is a kind of plant material with high feeding amount for C.formosanus,and it has the potential to be developed as termite bait.The cellulose and hemicellulose conversion rates of C.formosanus to differents materials are different,so as to provide data reference for the study of lignocellulose conversion rate.
