摘要
为研究酶解发酵菜籽粕对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,选择京红1号48周龄褐壳蛋鸡720只,随机分成5个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复24只鸡。试验1、2、3、4、5组分别在基础日粮中添加0.0%、2.0%、4.0%、6.0%、8.0%酶解发酵菜籽粕等氮替代豆粕,试验期8周。结果表明:酶解发酵菜籽粕的添加不影响蛋鸡日采食量,2.0%的添加量完全不影响生产性能;4%、6%、8%添加组平均蛋重分别下降1.85%(P<0.05)、1.45%(P<0.05)、2.21%(P<0.01);6%、8%添加组料蛋比分别上升5.39%(P<0.01)、4.41%(P<0.05),产蛋率分别下降4.27%(P<0.01)、2.60%(P<0.05)。在试验第4周时,4%、6%、8%添加组能极显著的改善哈夫单位和浓蛋白高度(P<0.01);在试验第8周时,2%添加组能极显著改善蛋壳厚度(P<0.01),而6%和8%添加组的蛋壳厚度极显著降低(P<0.01)。综上,推荐产蛋鸡日粮中添加不超过4%的酶解发酵菜籽粕替代3.70%的豆粕,以保证蛋鸡生产性能和鸡蛋品质。
To study the effect of enzymatic fermentation of rapeseed meal on the production performance and egg quality of laying hens,720 Jinghong No.148 week old brown shell laying hens were selected and randomly divided into 5 treatment groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 24 chickens in each replicate.Tests 1,2,3,4 and 5 groups added 0.0%,2.0%,4.0%,6.0%,8.0%enzymatic fermented rapeseed meal with equal nitrogen to replace soybean meal in the basic diet,respectively.The tests lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed that the addition of enzymatic fermented rapeseed meal did not affect the daily feed intake of laying hens,and 2.0%addition did not affect production performance at all;The addition of 4%,6%and 8%decreased the average egg weight by 1.85%(P<0.05),1.45%(P<0.05)and 2.21%(P<0.01),respectively;The addition of 6%and 8%increased the feed to egg ratio by 5.39%(P<0.01)and 4.41%(P<0.05),while the egg production rate decreased by 4.27%(P<0.01)and 2.60%(P<0.05)respectively.In the fourth week of the experiment,the 4%,6%and 8%addition groups significantly improved Harvard unit and concentration protein height(P<0.01);At week 8 of the experiment,the 2%addition group significantly improved eggshell thickness(P<0.01),while the eggshell thickness of the 6%and 8%addition groups decreased significantly(P<0.01).It was recommended to add no more than 4%enzymatic fermented rapeseed meal instead of 3.70%soybean meal in the diet of laying hens to ensure their production performance and egg quality.
