摘要
科技辅导员是开展科学教育的核心力量。运用行为事件访谈法、非结构式访谈法和问卷调查法对科技辅导员的胜任特征进行调研,构建科技辅导员胜任特征模型。该模型包含专业知识、工作技能、态度意识、自我认知、人格动机5个维度,内含启发学生思维能力、动手操作能力、终身学习意识、跨学科整合能力、创新意识等25项胜任特征。研究结果表明,青少年胜任特征模型为科技辅导员的职前选拔提供了科学依据;为在职培训提供了明确的方向;为职后考核提供了量化的评价标准。
Science and technology counselors are the core force of science education.By using behavioral event interview,non-structured interview and questionnaire survey,the competency model of science and technology counsellors is constructed.The model includes 5 dimensions of professional knowledge,work skills,attitude awareness,self-cognition and personality motivation,and contains 25 competency characteristics such as inspiring students'thinking ability,hands-on ability,lifelong learning consciousness,interdisciplinary integration ability and innovation consciousness.The results show that the adolescent competency model provides a scientific basis for the pre-service selection of science and technology counselors,a clear direction for on-the-job training,a quantitative evaluation standard for post-service assessment.
