考虑风况时序的动态尾流损失评估方法

摘要 为了量化风况时序变化下风电场尾流效应造成的损失,文章提出了一种具有普适性的动态尾流损失评估方法,并建立了相应的评价标准。该方法基于三维尾流模型与SCADA数据分析在风速和风向随时间变化的情况下尾流干扰引起的速度与功率损失。以河北省某陆上风电场为例开展了研究,研究发现:受动态尾流影响严重的风电机组占到了机组总数的18%;风力机在径向距离上的合理排布有利于降低尾流效应造成的损失,实际输出功率最低时为理论输出功率的86.9%,对应于评价标准的“较大”等级;风电场在夏季月份(6-8月)的经济效益相对较低,风场的尾流损失较为严重。该方法可为风电场风力机排布与提效方案制定提供理论依据。 In order to quantify the loss caused by wake effect in wind farms considering wind condition time series,a universal dynamic wake loss evaluation method was proposed and corresponding evaluation criteria were established.The method can analyze the wake velocity deficit and power loss caused by wake interference under wind speed and direction changes over time based on a three-dimensional wake model and SCADA data.A study was conducted using an onshore wind farm in Hebei Province as an example,and the results showed that wind turbines severely affected by dynamic wake accounted for 18%of the wind farm.The rational arrangement of wind turbines in radial distance helps to reduce the loss caused by wake effect.The actual output power was 86.9%of the theoretical output power at its lowest point.The wake loss of the wind farm corresponds to the"larger"level of the evaluation criteria,and the economic efficiency of the wind farm is relatively low during the summer months(June-August).Overall,the wake loss in the wind farm is relatively severe,and the research method has practical value,providing a theoretical basis for the layout and efficiency improvement of wind turbines in the wind farm.
