卷荚相思半同胞子代遗传变异及早期选择

Genetic Variation and Early Selection of Half-Sib Progeny in Acacia cincinnata

摘要 在试验地福建省漳州市龙海区九龙岭国有林场北径工区004-10-050小班,选择1~4年生卷荚相思(Acacia cincinnata)半同胞子代测定林32个家系为研究对象;32份参试家系均来源于福建省漳浦中西国有林场卷荚相思初级种子园2019年单株采种种子(其中第32号为混合种子作为对照),当年9月份在中西林场苗圃分系育苗,翌年3月份在九龙岭国有林场营造子代测定林,2020—2023年每年年底对试验林进行每木持续测定生长性状(树高、地径、胸径、材积);采用方差分析、遗传参数估算、表型相关分析和多重比较等方法,测算家系遗传增益、家系现实增益、家系内遗传增益、联合选择的遗传增益,分析家系间生长性状的遗传变异,对参试子代进行评价和选择、遴选卷荚相思速生优良家系和单株。结果表明:1、2年生时,家系间仅树高性状达到显著差异;3、4年生时,树高、胸径、材积均达到显著或极显著差异。1~4年生,各生长性状的单株遗传力均小于家系遗传力,且家系遗传力整体上呈现上升趋势,从1、2年生较低水平的家系遗传力0.0288~0.3556,增长为3、4年生较高水平的家系遗传力0.4657~0.5283。生长性状间的相关系数为0.388~0.967,各生长性状的表型相关均达极显著水平。以4年生材积为选择指标,通过多重比较选出5个优良家系,分别为13、31、17、18、21号家系,其遗传增益为9.52%~19.72%、现实增益为20.43%~42.34%;再通过联合选择,在优良家系内选出32株优良单株,材积均值为0.0324283 m^(3)、遗传增益为26.12%、现实增益为56.09%,这些优良家系和单株可作为二代建园选用。 In the experimental site of Sub-compartment 004-10-050,Beijin Work Area,Jiulongling State-owned Forest Farm,Longhai District,Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province,32 half-sib families of 1-4-year-old Acacia cincinnata progeny test forest were selected as the research objects.All 32 tested families originated from the seeds collected from individual trees in the primary seed orchard of A.cincinnata in Zhangpu Zhongxi State-owned Forest Farm,Fujian Province in 2019(Family No.32 was a mixed seed as the control).The seedlings were raised in the nursery of Zhongxi Forest Farm in September of the same year,and the progeny test forest was established in Jiulongling State-owned Forest Farm in March of the following year.From 2020 to 2023,the growth traits(tree height,ground diameter,diameter at breast height(DBH),and volume)of each tree in the experimental forest were continuously measured at the end of each year.Methods such as analysis of variance,genetic parameter estimation,phenotypic correlation analysis,and multiple comparisons were used to calculate the genetic gain of families,realized gain of families,genetic gain within families,and genetic gain of combined selection.The genetic variation of growth traits among families was analyzed,and the tested progenies were evaluated and selected to screen out fast-growing superior families and individual trees of A.cincinnata.The results showed that:At 1 and 2 years old,only tree height showed significant differences among families;at 3 and 4 years old,tree height,DBH,and volume all showed significant or extremely significant differences.From 1 to 4 years old,the individual heritability of each growth trait was lower than the family heritability,and the family heritability showed an overall upward trend,increasing from a relatively low level of 0.0288-0.3556 at 1 and 2 years old to a relatively high level of 0.4657-0.5283 at 3 and 4 years old.The correlation coefficients among growth traits ranged from 0.388 to 0.967,and all phenotypic correlations of growth traits reached an extremely significant level.Using the volume at 4 years old as the selection index,five superior families(Families 13,31,17,18,and 21)were selected through multiple comparisons,with genetic gains of 9.52%-19.72%and realized gains of 20.43%-42.34%.Through combined selection,32 superior individual trees were further selected from the superior families,with an average volume of 0.0324283 m^(3),a genetic gain of 26.12%,and a realized gain of 56.09%.These superior families and individual trees can be used for the establishment of the second-generation seed orchard.
