摘要
目的分析上海市金山区2014—2023年新生儿听力筛查结果,评估听力筛查的实施效果,为优化筛查策略、提高早期诊断和干预效果提供科学依据。方法选取2014—2023年金山区各助产医疗机构分娩的活产新生儿为研究对象,收集听力筛查相关数据。数据统计分析采用SPSS 26.0,组间比较采用χ2检验。结果金山区2014—2023年活产新生儿共47741例,初筛完成47253例,初筛率为98.98%,初筛通过率为92.41%;复筛完成2891例,复筛率为80.64%。听力障碍发生率为1.69‰,听力干预有效率为61.54%,其中治愈34例、好转14例、未愈30例。结论金山区新生儿听力筛查工作取得了成效,初筛率和复筛率稳步上升,但复筛率仍有提升空间。开展综合性健康教育,提高家长对新生儿听力筛查的认知现状,提高人口素质。
Objective The results of neonatal hearing screening in Jinshan District of Shanghai from 2014 to 2023 were analyzed to assess the effectiveness of the screening program and to provide a scientific basis for optimizing screening strategies and improving early diagnosis and intervention.Methods Live-born neonates delivered in maternity hospitals in Jinshan District from 2014 to 2023 were included as research subjects,and relevant data on hearing screening were collected.Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 with chi-square tests for group comparisons.Results From 2014 to 2023 in Jinshan District,there were a total of 47741 live births.The preliminary screening was completed for 47253 cases,with a preliminary screening rate of 98.98%and a preliminary screening pass rate of 92.41%.The re-screening was completed for 2,891 cases,with a re-screening rate of 80.64%.The re-screening was completed by 2891 neonates(re-screening rate of 80.64%).The incidence of hearing impairment was 1.69‰.The effectiveness of hearing intervention was 61.54%,with 34 cases cured,14 improved,and 30 remaining untreated.Conclusion The neonatal hearing screening program in Jinshan District achieved positive results,with steady increases in initial and re-screening rates.However,there was still room for improvement in the re-screening rate.Comprehensive health education was carried out to enhance parents'awareness of neonatal hearing screening,and to improve population quality.
