摘要
本文通过国有企业人力资源管理的视角,分析国有企业在人才管理方面存在的选拔机制不完善、培育体系不健全、管理方式落后和使用效率低下等问题,针对性提出创新人才选拔机制、优化培育体系、改进管理方式和提升使用效率等策略,以期为国有企业人才管理的改革与创新提供理论支持和实践指导。
This article analyzes the problems of imperfect selection mechanisms,inadequate cultivation systems,outdated management methods,and low utilization efficiency in talent management in state-owned enterprises from the perspective of human resource management.Targeted strategies are proposed to innovate talent selection mechanisms,optimize cultivation systems,improve management methods,and enhance utilization efficiency,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform and innovation of talent management in state-owned enterprises.
