一种场(厂)内专用机动车辆制动性能日常检查方法

摘要 场(厂)内专用机动车辆(简称场车)制动性能关乎使用安全,现有测试方法存在诸多弊端。本文创新性地提出了一种场车制动性能检查测试方法,该方法结合空载与2次轻载测试数据,基于动力学原理,构建制动距离数学模型,推算满载工况下的制动距离,以此精确评估制动性能。经实际验证,新方法通过优化检测流程,有效降低测试成本、提升效率、增强安全性,并能规避路面坡度的影响,为场车制动性能检查测试提供了一种更可靠、标准化的方案。 The braking performance of specialized motor vehicles in the field(factory)is related to usage safety,and existing testing methods have many drawbacks.This article innovatively proposes a method for testing the braking performance of field vehicles.The method combines no-load and light load test data,constructs a mathematical model of braking distance based on the principle of dynamics,and calculates the braking distance under full load conditions to accurately evaluate braking performance.Through practical verification,the new method effectively reduces testing costs,improves efficiency,enhances safety,and avoids the influence of road slope by optimizing the detection process,providing a more reliable and standardized solution for the inspection and testing of driving brake performance.
