高寒高海拔地区简支式预应力混凝土箱梁桥温控技术

Temperature Control Construction Technology of Simply Supported Prestressed Concrete Box Girder Bridge in High Altitude and Cold Regions

摘要 在现代交通建设领域,高寒高海拔地区的桥梁工程因其独特的地理环境和气候条件,对施工技术提出了更为严峻的挑战。简支式预应力混凝土箱梁桥,作为桥梁结构中的重要类型,以其结构稳定、施工便捷、承载能力强等优势,在高寒高海拔地区的桥梁建设中占据着重要地位。以某工程RM 1号桥为例,通过在混凝土箱梁内设置温度控制传感器,实时监测箱梁内部的温度变化,并根据温度变化情况采取相应的施工措施,以达到控制箱梁温度、保证桥梁结构安全的目的,最终较好完成了施工任务,达到了预期施工要求。 In the field of modern transportation construction,the bridge engineering in the cold and high altitude areas poses a more severe challenge to the construction technology because of its unique geographical environment and climate conditions.Simply supported prestressed concrete box girder bridge,as an important type of bridge structure,plays an important role in bridge construction in cold and high altitude areas with its advantages of structural stability,convenient construction and strong bearing capacity.Taking RM 1 Bridge as an example,this paper sets temperature control sensors in the concrete box girder to monitor the temperature changes inside the box girder in real time,and takes corresponding construction measures according to the temperature changes,so as to control the temperature of the box girder and ensure the safety of the bridge structure,and finally completes the construction task and meets the expected construction requirements.
