基于优化巷道布局推进辅助运输系统性改造研究

摘要 枣矿集团辖属矿井建井时间较早,其矿井辅助运输斜巷运输设备先后经历了小绞车、斜巷提升绞车、无极绳绞车等。因辅助运输方式运输不具备连续性,中间需要多点进行摘挂,占用人员多,安全风险大。基于此,文章结合各矿井实际,开展了辅助运输方式升级优化,由单轨吊机车运输逐步替代小绞车、无极绳等运输方式。经实践证明,通过巷道改造、采区设计优化、设备升级等措施,逐渐实现了单轨吊运行网络化,具有一定的安全性,取得显著的经济效益。 The mines under Zao Mining Group were built early,and its mine auxiliary transportation inclined lanes have undergone small winches,inclined lane lifting winches,and ink rope winches.Because the auxiliary transportation method does not have continuous transportation,it needs to be removed at multiple points in the middle,which occupies a lot of people and has a high safety risk.Based on this,the article combines the actual situation of each mine and has carried out the upgrade and optimization of auxiliary transportation methods,and the transportation of single-rail cranes has gradually replaced small winches,unzipped ropes and other transportation methods.Practice has proved that through tunnel renovation,mining area design optimization,equipment upgrade and other measures,the networking of single-track crane operation has been gradually realized,with certain safety and significant economic benefits.
