产教融合下“翻转+对分”教学模式对高职康复专业教学质量的影响 被引量:1

The impact of the“flipped+division”teaching model under the integration of education and industry on the teaching quality of rehabilitation specialties in higher vocational colleges

摘要 目的研究产教融合背景下的“翻转+对分”教学模式对高职康复治疗技术专业教学质量的影响并予以分析。方法选取常州卫生高等职业技术学校2024届与2025届康复治疗技术专业学生记作Ⅱ组(91例)与Ⅰ组(82例)。Ⅱ组开展常规教学模式,Ⅰ组则开展产教融合背景下的“翻转+对分”教学模式。对比两组教学质量、自主学习准备度、专业认同感、教学满意度。结果Ⅰ组各项专业课考核成绩较Ⅱ组更高(均P<0.05)。Ⅰ组自主学习准备度量表各维度评分及总分较Ⅱ组更高(均P<0.05)。教学后两组各项专业认同感评分较教学前更高,且Ⅰ组较Ⅱ组更高(均P<0.05)。Ⅰ组对教学效果各条目的满意度较Ⅱ组均更高(均P<0.05)。结论产教融合背景下的“翻转+对分”教学模式可提升高职康复治疗技术专业教学质量,改善学生自主学习准备度、专业认同感以及教学满意度。 Objective To study and analyze the influence of the“flip+Division”teaching mode on the teaching quality of rehabilitation therapy technology major in higher vocational colleges under the background of the integration of production and education.Methods Students majoring in rehabilitation therapy technology from Changzhou Health Vocational Technology College in 2024 and 2025 were selected as groupⅡ(n=91)and groupⅠ(n=82).GroupⅡcarried out the conventional teaching mode,groupⅠcarried out the“flip+Division”teaching mode under the background of the integration of production and education.The teaching quality,independent learning readiness,professional identity and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of all professional courses in groupⅠwere higher than those in groupⅡ(all P<0.05).The scores and total scores of the independent learning readiness scale in groupⅠwere higher than those in groupⅡ(all P<0.05).The scores of professional identity of the two groups after teaching were higher than those before teaching,and the scores of groupⅠwere higher than those of groupⅡ(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of groupⅠwas higher than that of groupⅡ(all P<0.05).Conclusion Under the background of integration of production and education,the teaching mode of“flip+matching”can improve the teaching quality of rehabilitation therapy technology major in higher vocational colleges,improve students'self-learning readiness,professional identity and teaching satisfaction.
