摘要
目的分析在日间手术模式下开展小儿腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术的临床效果。方法选择100例腹股沟疝患儿为研究对象,根据随机抽签方式分为对照组、观察组,各50例。两组患儿均接受腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗,对照组应用常规手术模式,观察组应用日间手术模式。对比两组住院时间及医疗费用、并发症发生率、复发率。结果观察组住院时间(1.06±0.33)d短于对照组的(2.44±0.70)d,医疗费用(6541.51±436.64)元低于对照组的(7256.65±754.18)元(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组复发率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在小儿腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术的实施过程中采取日间手术模式,不仅没有增加并发症发生率及复发率,还可以更好的缩短患儿住院时间、降低治疗费用,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of pediatric laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in day surgery mode.Methods 100 children with inguinal hernia were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups of children received laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sacs.The control group used conventional surgical mode,while the observation group used day surgery mode.The hospitalization time,medical expenses,incidence of complications and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was(1.06±0.33)d,which was shorter than(2.44±0.70)d of the control group;the medical cost was(6541.51±436.64)yuan,which was lower than(7256.65±754.18)yuan of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion During the implementation of pediatric laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sacs,the adoption of the day surgery mode not only does not increase the incidence of complications and recurrence rate,but also can better shorten the hospitalization time of children and reduce the medical cost,and has certain clinical application value.
