摘要
针对机械制造业中典型的板类零件存在的结构特征复杂多变、加工周期长等缺点,该文提出一种基于VERICUT软件的板类零件加工方法。首先对某一常见的板类工件加工工艺进行分析,在此基础上利用UG软件数控加工仿真功能产生相应加工程序;然后应用VERICUT软件对原程序进行优化;最后通过加工实验来验证优化程序的可行性。实验证明,优化后的程序在保证工件加工质量的同时可以有效减少加工时间、降低生产成本。
For the typical plate parts in the machinery manufacturing industry,the structural characteristics are complex and changeable,and the processing cycle is long.A processing method for plate parts based on VERICUT was proposed.Firstly,the machining process of a common plate workpiece is analyzed,and on this basis,the corresponding machining program is generated by using the numerical control machining simulation function of UG software.Then VERICUT software was used to optimize the original program.Finally,processing experiments are carried out to verify the feasibility of the optimization program.Experiments have proved that the optimized program can effectively reduce the processing time and production cost while ensuring the processing quality of the workpiece.
