摘要
随着石油化工项目规模的扩大和复杂性的提升,模块化建设逐渐成为提升工程效率、降低成本和保障安全的核心手段。特别是在人工智能(AI)的驱动下,模块化建设正从“局部替代”向“全流程重构”加速演进。本文探讨了模块化建设的发展历程、主要优势、关键技术及现实挑战,并提出了AI时代下模块化建设向智慧化、绿色化和高端化发展的趋势。未来,模块化建设需与数字孪生、人工智能、区块链等技术深度融合,形成智慧制造的新质生产力,助力石化行业转型升级。
With the expansion of project scales and increasing complexity in the petrochem⁃ical industry,modular construction has gradually become a core strategy to enhance engineering efficiency,reduce costs,and ensure safety.Especially driven by artificial intelligence(AI),modular construction is accelerating its evolution from"partial substitution"to"comprehensive process reconsitution."This paper explores the development history,key advantages,critical technologies,and challenges of modular construction,while proposing future trends toward in⁃telligent,green,and high-end development in the AI era.Moving forward,modular construc⁃tion must deeply integrate with technologies such as digital twins,AI,and blockchain to estab⁃lish smart manufacturing as an innovative productive force,thereby advancing the transformation and upgrading of the petrochemical industry.
