摘要
乙烯装置裂解气在碱洗过程中会因为烃类的冷凝和聚合生成黄油,黄油随塔釜废碱液进入废碱氧化处理单元,废碱液中黄油含量过高会导致废碱氧化反应器堵塞,并造成反应器出口硫离子含量超标。在废碱液预处理单元增设废碱液脱黄油系统对乙烯废碱液进行预处理,油水分离效果提升,系统补水量与蒸汽消耗量降低,装置能耗下降。通过对脱除黄油前后的废碱液取样分析对比,经预处理后的废碱液中有机物含量显著降低,确保了废碱氧化反应器的稳定运行;降低了洗涤水用量,每年可节约费用111.25万元。
During the caustic washing of cracked gas in ethylene plant,hydrocarbon con⁃densation and polymerization generate butter,The butter enters the oxidation unit along with the spent caustic of the tower bottom.Excessive butter in the spent caustic solution will lead to blockage of the spent caustic oxidation reactor,and cause the problem of excessive sulfur ion content at outlet of the reactor.A butter removal system was added to pretreat ethylene plant spent caustic,which improves oil-water separation efficiency,reduces the make-up water and steam consumption of the system,and decreases the overall energy consumption of the facil⁃ity.Through the analysis and comparison of the spent caustic sampling before and after removal of the butter,the organic content in the spent caustic after the pretreatment is significantly re⁃duced,stable operation of the spent caustic oxidation reactor is ensured.The amount of washing water is reduced,and the annual cost can be saved by 1.125 million yuan.
