摘要
青年管理人员是林草管理工作队伍的生力军,也是实现林草事业高质量发展不可替代的人力资源,其工作积极性高低是直接关系到林草事业能否健康发展的关键所在,因而,本文探究了青年林草管理人员工作积极性的激励现状及对策,以期为青年林草管理人员工作积极性的维持研究提供参考依据。本文根据新时代青年林草管理人员的自身特点及其工作积极性低的表象,发现产生这一表象的主要原因是工作获得幸福感低、绩效结果有失公正、社会及家庭压力巨大、发展前景模糊、职业规划不当等5个方面,可以从强化思想引领、优化岗位激励、健全人性管理、构建育人平台4个角度提升青年林草管理人员工作积极性,从而确保其在新时代林草事业高质量发展中充分发挥青年管理人员应有的作用。
Young managers are the vital force of the forestry and grassland management team and an irreplaceable human resource for achieving high-quality development of the forestry and grassland cause.The level of their working enthusiasm is directly related to whether the forestry and grassland cause can develop healthily.Therefore,this article explored the current situation of motivation and countermeasures about the working enthusiasm of young forestry and grassland managers in order to provide a reference basis for the maintenance research of the working enthusiasm of young forestry and grassland managers.Based on the characteristics and the appearance about low working enthusiasm of young forestry and grassland managers in the new era,it was found that the main reasons for the low working enthusiasm of young forestry and grassland managers were five aspects:low sense of happiness obtained from work,unfair performance results,huge pressure from social and family,ambiguous development prospects,and improper career planning,which might be enhanced from four perspectives about strengthen ideological guidance,optimizing the job incentive mechanism,improving the humanized management model,and building an all-round education platform,thus ensured that they could play the due role of young managers in the high-quality development of the forestry and grassland cause in the new era.
