摘要
目的:评估阿仑膦酸钠联合补充剂治疗方案在原发性骨质疏松症中的临床效果。方法:纳入2022年3月—2023年7月北京燕化医院收治的80例原发性骨质疏松症患者,随机分为两组,各40例。在基础干预基础上,对照组应用常规补充剂治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组血清胰岛素样生长因子-1水平高于对照组(P<0.001),瘦素水平低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,研究组Ⅰ型原胶原N端前肽、Ⅰ型胶原蛋白C末端交联肽、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组静息、翻身及前屈后伸时视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:阿仑膦酸钠联合补充剂治疗可提高原发性骨质疏松症患者的血清胰岛素样生长因子-1水平,抑制瘦素释放,改善骨转换指标,减轻机体疼痛。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of alendronate sodium combined with supplement treatment regimens in primary osteoporosis.Methods:A total of eighty patients with primary osteoporosis admitted to Beijing Yanhua Hospital from March 2022 to July 2023 were included and randomly divided into two groups,with forty cases in each group.On the basis of the basic intervention,the control group was treated with conventional supplements,and the study group was treated with alendronate sodium in combination on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the treatment,the serum insulin-like growth factor-1 level in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001),and the leptin level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).After the treatment,the levels of N-terminal propeptide of type I collagen,C-terminal cross-linked peptide of type I collagen,and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the visual analogue scale scores of the study group during rest,turning over and forward flexion and backward extension were lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Alendronate sodium combined with supplement therapy can increase the serum insulin-like growth factor-1 level in patients with primary osteoporosis,inhibit leptin release,improve bone turnover indicators,and alleviate body pain.
