人工智能赋能矿山生产智能创新发展

AI empowers intelligent and innovative development in mine production

摘要 在全球能源转型背景下,人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术为矿山行业突破效率瓶颈、实现安全高效绿色生产提供了关键路径。系统分析了AI在矿山领域的应用现状与挑战,指出其当前局限于单场景模型化应用、面临复杂环境适应性差、行业知识壁垒高、数据治理困难等核心问题。通过构建“基础层—技术层—应用层”参考架构,提出了AI赋能矿业的典型场景,包括资源勘探、智能作业、安全预警、设备预维等,促进AI技术与矿山生产深度融合,推动矿山全流程智能化发展,助力矿业向智能绿色可持续方向转型升级。 Against the backdrop of global energy transition,the artificial intelligence(AI)technology provides a critical pathway for the mining industry to overcome efficiency bottlenecks and achieve safe,efficient,and green production.This paper systematically analyzes the current applications and challenges of AI in the mining industry,highlighting its current limitations to scenario-specific models and core problems such as poor adaptability to complex environments,high industry knowledge barriers,and data governance difficulties.By constructing a reference architecture of“foundation layer—technology layer—application layer”,this paper proposes AI-empowered mining scenarios,such as resource exploration,intelligent operations,safety warnings,and predictive equipment maintenance.These efforts aim to deepen the integration of AI with mining production,drive the intelligent development of the entire mining process,and facilitate the industry’s transition toward intelligent,green,and sustainable development.
