摘要
针对锤式破碎机能耗高、粒形可控性差的问题,文章基于定制小型锤式破碎机模拟矿料破碎过程,结合AIMSⅡ获取的粗集料形态特征数据,建立其与破碎工艺的关联模型,拟通过调整破碎机工艺参数改进破碎工艺。结果表明:岩性对破碎机最优转速区间影响显著,玄武岩各形态特征指标随转速增加缓慢上升,而石灰岩在800 r/min时达到峰值后下降。建议施工前根据岩性校准破碎机参数,以优化粗集料形态,进而提升混合料路用性能。
To address the issues of high energy consumption and poor particle shape controllability of hammer crushers,this study simulated the mineral crushing process using a customized small-scale hammer crusher.By combining morphological characteristic data of coarse aggregates obtained through AIMS II,a correlation model between aggregate morphology and the crushing process was established,and the crushing process was improved by adjusting the crushing process parameters.The results indicated that lithology significantly influences the optimal rotational speed range of the crusher.The morphological characteristic indices of basalt showed a gradual increase with rising rotational speed,while those of limestone peaked at 800 revolutions per minute(r/min)before declining.It is recommended to calibrate crusher parameters based on lithological properties before construction operations,thereby optimizing coarse aggregate morphology and consequently enhancing the road performance of the mixture.
