摘要
VTI介质各向异性参数反演大多是基于反射系数近似式,但高精度的反演需要考虑精确解与近似解之间的误差.本文通过将VTI介质反射系数方程的近似解和精确解进行对比,论证使用精确解的必要性;基于VTI介质精确反射系数方程建立反演目标函数,将遗传算法与灰狼算法相结合,形成混合遗传灰狼算法,在保证遗传算法全局搜索能力的基础上提高其局部搜索能力,实现基于VTI介质精确反射系数方程的反演;通过将反演流程应用于测井模型和含有不同水平噪声的地震数据,试算结果表明反演的误差较小,抗噪能力较好,论证了方法的可行性;进一步,对实际资料进行反演测试,得到的剖面分辨率较高,误差较小,论证了方法的有效性.研究成果将为提高地震数据反演精度和可靠性提供技术支撑.
Most of the VTI media anisotropy parameter inversions are based on the reflection coefficient approximation equation,but the high-precision inversion needs to consider the error between the exact solution and the approximate solution.This paper demonstrates the necessity of using the exact solution by comparing the approximate solution and the exact solution of the VTI media reflection coefficient equation;establishes the inversion objective function based on the exact reflection coefficient equation of VTI media,and combines the genetic algorithm with the gray wolf optimizer to form the genetic algorithm grey wolf optimizer,which improves the local search capability of the genetic algorithm based on its global search capability,additionally,achieve inversion based on exact reflection coefficient equations for VTI media;By applying the inversion process to the logging model and seismic data containing different levels of noise,the trial results show that the inversion has smaller error and better noise resistance,which demonstrates the feasibility of the method;furthermore,the inversion test is carried out on the actual data,and the obtained profiles have higher resolution and smaller error,which demonstrates the validity of the method.The research results will provide support for improving the accuracy and reliability of seismic data inversion.
