摘要
本文对圆珠笔划圆书写机的校准方法进行了研究,介绍了划圆书写机的结构原理,论述并确定了校准项目。文中详细阐述了书写载荷、书写角度、划线速度以及划圆周长4项技术参数的具体校准原理和方法。同时,规定了校准所使用的测量标准,并进行了设定值校准实验操作。通过这一系列操作,获得了一系列的校准值,并与产品标准试验要求进行了比对,发现所有数值均在规定范围内,为各技术参数溯源至国家基准提供了有效途径。
This paper studies the calibration methods for the ball pen circle-writing machine,introduces the structural principles of the machine,and discusses and determines the calibration items.The paper elaborates on the specific calibration principles and methods for four technical parameters:writing load,writing angle,line drawing speed,and circle circumference.It also specifies the measurement standards used for calibration and conducts set value calibration experiments.Through this series of operations,a series of calibration values were obtained and compared with the product standard test requirements.All values were found to be within the specified range,providing an effective means for tracing each technical parameter back to national standard.
