樟脑软膏对湿疹大鼠皮损程度的影响

摘要 目的:探讨樟脑软膏对湿疹大鼠皮损程度的影响。方法:40只大鼠以随机数字表法分为4组,各10只。对照组:正常大鼠,模型组:湿疹大鼠模型,樟脑软膏组:樟脑软膏药物治疗,常规治疗组:常规药物治疗,除对照组,其余三组建立湿疹大鼠模型。建模用药后24h、36h、7d对各组大鼠组胺受体1(Histamine Receptor 1,H1R)、蛋白酶激活受体2(Protease-activated Receptor 2,PAR-2)和瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1(Transient Receptor Potential Vanilloid 1,TRPV1)、p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase,p38 MAPK)、磷酸化p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(phosphorylated p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase,p-p38 MAPK)检测。结果:对照组正常皮肤组织中的H1R、PAR-2、TRPV1蛋白少量表达,模型组H1R、PAR-2、TRPV1建模后24h、36h、7d后逐渐升高,与模型组对比,樟脑软膏组、常规治疗组皮肤组织中H1R、PAR-2、TRPV1逐渐下降,樟脑软膏组低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。与对照组对比,模型组皮肤组织中p38 MAPK、p-p38MAPK水平提升(P<0.05),与模型组对比,樟脑软膏组、常规治疗组皮肤组织中p38 MAPK、p-p38MAPK水平逐渐下降,樟脑软膏组低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:樟脑软膏通过调节H1R、PAR-2、TRPV1、p38 MAPK、p-p38 MAPK蛋白和信号通路的表达,从而发挥对湿疹的治疗作用,在改善湿疹大鼠皮损程度方面表现出更显著的效果。 Objective:The effect of camphor ointment on the degree of skin lesions in rats with eczema was investigated.Methods:Forty rats were randomly divided into four groups of ten each using a random number table.Control group:normal rats,Model group:rats with eczema model,Camphor ointment group:treated with camphor ointment;Conventional treatment group:treated with conventional medication.Except for the control group,the other three groups established an eczema rat model.At 24h,36h,and 7 days after modeling and medication,the histamine receptor 1(H1R),protease-activated receptor 2(PAR-2),transient receptor potential vanilloid 1(TRPV1),p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(p38 MAPK),and phosphorylated p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(p-p38 MAPK)were detected in each group of rats.Results:A small amount of H1R,PAR-2,and TRPV1 protein expression was observed in the normal skin tissue of the control group.In the model group,H1R,PAR-2,and TRPV1 gradually increased at 24h,36h,and 7 days after modeling.Compared with the model group,the skin tissue of the camphor ointment group and the conventional treatment group showed a gradual decrease in H1R,PAR-2,and TRPV1,with the camphor ointment group being lower than the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of p38 MAPK and p-p38MAPK in the skin tissue of the model group increased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the levels of p38 MAPK and p-p38MAPK in the skin tissue of the camphor ointment group and the conventional treatment group gradually decreased,with the camphor ointment group being lower than the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Camphor ointment plays a therapeutic role in eczema by regulating the expression of H1R,PAR-2,TRPV1,p38 MAPK,and p-p38 MAPK proteins and signaling pathways,showing more significant effects in improving the degree of skin lesions in rats with eczema.
