摘要
目的:探讨吸入用布地奈德混悬液对哮喘大鼠血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法:60只大鼠以随机数字表法分为三组,各20只。对照组为正常大鼠,其余两组建立哮喘大鼠模型。模型组:哮喘大鼠模型,吸入用布地奈德混悬液组:吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗,建模用药24h、3d后对各组大鼠免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)检测。结果:与对照组对比,模型组建模24h、3d后IgE、IFN-γ水平升高(P<0.05),用药24h、3d后,吸入用布地奈德混悬液组IgE、IFN-γ水平逐渐下降,低于模型组(P<0.05);与对照组对比,模型组建模24h、3d后CRP、IL-4、IL-5水平升高(P<0.05),用药24h、3d后,吸入用布地奈德混悬液组CRP、IL-4、IL-5水平下降,低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:吸入用布地奈德混悬液可能通过提升免疫功能,调节炎性因子的水平,对哮喘大鼠的病情产生积极的影响。
Objective:Discuss the effect of inhaled budesonide suspension on serum inflammatory factor levels in asthmatic rats.Methods:60 rats were randomLy divided into three groups of 20 each using a random number table.The control group consisted of normal rats,while the other two groups were used to establish an asthma rat model.The model group:asthmatic rat model,inhaled budesonide suspension group:treated with inhaled budesonide suspension,and immunoglobulin E(IgE),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-4(IL-4),and interleukin-5(IL-5)were detected 24 hours and 3 days after modeling and medication.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of IgE and IFN-γin the model group increased 24 hours and 3 days after modeling(P<0.05).After 24 hours and 3 days of medication,the levels of IgE and IFN-γin the inhaled budesonide suspension group gradually decreased and were lower than those In the model group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).When compared with the control group,the levels of CRP,IL-4,and IL-5 in the model group increased 24 hours and 3 days after modeling(P<0.05).After 24 hours and 3 days of medication,the levels of CRP,IL-4,and IL-5 in the inhaled budesonide suspension group decreased and were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Inhaled budesonide suspension may positively affect the condition of asthmatic rats by enhancing immune function and regulating the levels of inflammatory factors.
